Our focus is in early stage land development: identification, acquisition, and conversion of raw land into sites ready for construction – with opportunistic pursuit of vertical construction and management of stabilized assets when economically viable.
We are sector agnostic (between residential/multifamily, industrial, office/mixed-use), allowing the market conditions to drive development targets – our current focus is on residential and multifamily developments in the Mid-Atlantic Region.
As a former McKinsey consultant and early stage investor, Simo has deep expertise in deal structuring and capital deployment.
Simo holds a B. Sc. and M. Eng. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from MIT, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
As an entrepreneur, Jacob brings more than 20 years of experience in cultivating relationships, aligning diverse interests and leading startups. He has successfully led commercial real estate developments, leveraging his industry experience and education at MIT’s real estate program.
